Can I return my damaged item?
Yes, if an item is damaged or faulty, we will refund the cost. Please contact us HERE with your order number.
My order has not arrived, what should I do?
Contact us HERE with your order number and we will look into it asap! Shipping may take different times depending on where you are located. UK shipping takes 3-5 days and it may be significantly longer internationally.
Can I return my item if I don't like it anymore?
Unfortunately, as we are a small brand, we can't accept refunds if you change your mind. We understand that this does happen though, and are working to find a way to do this in the future!
Can I choose my affirmation card?
Currently, we cannot promise to send you a particular affirmation card, but if you send over your details in an email within 1 hour of purchase, we will try our best to make sure you get the card you want!
Where do you ship to?
We offer free shipping to the UK. We also ship to Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. If we don't currently ship to your country, send us a message HERE and we will look into adding it to our shipping options.
